Mike Castrucci CJDR seeks to fill one full time Automotive Technician position!!!!! Are you routinely turning over 50 hours a week? Are you stuck being paid on clock time when you know you could make more as a flat rate technician? Are you capable of making $100,000 per year but you don't even come close to that? Is your manager full of excuses? Are your service advisors terrible? Does your parts department make excuses?
