Schedule Options & Starting Pay :

Daytime LPNs : Monday - Friday | 8 AM - 5 PM | $21.00-$24.00 / hr
Evening LPNs : 12 PM - 8 PM, 10 AM - 8 PM, or 8 AM - 8 PM $21.00-$24.00 / hr
Weekday On-Call Rate : $3.00 / hr
Weekend On-Call Rate : $6.00 / hr
No Weekends Required - Enjoy a flexible weekday-only schedule.
Pay is commensurate with experience.

What You'll Be Doing :

Provide direct care and nursing assessments to youth in our residential program.

Collaborate with families, providers, and a multi-disciplinary treatment team.

Administer medications, manage health records, and support trauma-informed care.

Promote a safe, healing environment focused on reducing restraints and enhancing well-being.

Step in with calm and confidence during emergencies.

What We're Looking For :

Active Iowa LPN license with pediatric or psychiatric experience preferred.

A heart for children and a passion for trauma-informed care.

Strong communication skills and comfort with EHR and medication administration.

Willingness to be on-call and participate in a rotating holiday schedule.

Criminal, Abuse Registry and Motor Vehicle Record checks required.
