The estimated salary range for this role is $18.

Location : Onsite in Plano, TX
Pay : $18 an hour, which may be below your state's minimum wage. Please take this into consideration when applying.
Schedule : Monday-Friday 8am-4 : 30pm Central time
About the Role :
We're looking for a Mailroom Team Lead who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in accuracy and organization. If you enjoy hands-on work and being part of a supportive team, this could be the opportunity for you.
What You'll Do :
- Responsible for running all reports timely and accurately
- Ensure that team members are reviewing, printing, and mailing reports out timely
- Post reports in leadership chat hourly for visibility
- Ensure all emailed letters are printed and mailed
- Make sure all certified mail and all printed material is delivered to post office to be mailed each day
- Manage team schedules, performance, and behavior
- Will be trained in all processes
