Job Description

Title : Risk Control Issue Manager

Duration : 6 months (possible extension / conversion)

Location : Minneapolis, MN or Charlotte or Irving or AZ or Irving, TX (Hybrid)

Consult as an expert to develop or influence initiatives and resources for highly complex business and technical needs across Financial Crimes

Consult on the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas, delivering solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, and advanced analytical and inductive thinking

Required Qualifications :

Financial Crimes, Operational Risk, Fraud, Sanctions, Anti-Bribery, Corruption experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following : work experience, training, military experience, education

Control Specialist

Focus : Control ownership & updating related to issue management

Responsibilities :

Creating artifacts, memos, PowerPoint presentations

Analyzing details, identifying control gaps

Prior RCSA experience beneficial
