Work Schedule - 2nd shift Hours 4 : 30pm to 3 : 00am Monday through Thursday with occasional Friday night hours to meet our customer demands.

Overseeing a growing team, you'll own and execute the following business-critical management duties :
Ensure safety and quality.Build cleanliness and organization throughout the department or area.Assist in leading a crew of 20+ full-time and temporary employees.Manage workflow, define goals, communicate objectives, and monitor team performance.Training new hires to help them understand their rolesEvaluate employee performance and provide feedback to managementCreate a positive team cultureOther duties as assignedREQUIREMENTS : What it Takes :
Minimum Required :
1+ years' experience as a shop Team Lead, preferably in the automotive industry.Ability to adapt to changing situations and to remain calm under pressure.Firm grasp of company policies and procedures.Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and the ability to achieve in a demanding environment.Time management skills.Professionalism and a positive attitude.Strong leadership and organizational skills.Excellent communication skills - effective communication with the Account Coordinators on customer needs as well as all levels of staff.Understanding of work area : equipment, safety, targets, staffing needs.Contribute to ROIs for cost-cutting opportunities.Continuous improvement projects for you and your team.Intermediate user of Microsoft Office (Outlook-including email on phone, Word, and Excel.)Versed in Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.Computer (EPICOR MRP software) competencies, including issue material, return material, salvage material, job receipt to inventory, inventory Transfer.HR competencies, including Injuries, Worker Respect, Interviewing skills, disciplinary write-ups, attendance management, and emergency and safety training.BENEFITS : What We Offer :
