Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (Psych NP) to join our faith-based community health center located near
Lafayette, Louisiana. This is an excellent opportunity to serve patients in a mission-driven environment that integrates clinical excellence with whole-person, spiritually informed care.
The ideal candidate will provide high-quality mental health services to a diverse patient population through a
mix of outpatient and inpatient settings. You'll work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of physicians, therapists, and support staff who are committed to improving mental health access and outcomes within the community.

Responsibilities: - Provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ongoing treatment for patients across the lifespan
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and nursing staff to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Manage a caseload of outpatient clients and provide inpatient consultations as needed
- Document patient encounters in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards
- Participate in care coordination, case conferences, and community outreach initiatives
- Promote the organization's faith-based mission and values through compassionate and ethical clinical practice
Qualifications: - Master's or Doctorate degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- Board Certified as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC)
- Current and unrestricted Louisiana APRN license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Prior experience in community mental health or integrated care preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-centered approach
- Commitment to serving patients of all backgrounds within a faith-based framework
