Herb Chambers Toyota of Auburn is currently seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join the team.

The goal of this position is to efficiently and professionally assist our customers with all of their service needs. Building loyalty and trust, creating an amazing guest experience, generating profit and maintaining area-leading customer satisfaction index.

Responsibilities:

• Greeting and assisting guests with service needs
• Generating estimates
• Completing estimate review with guest in timely manner to maximize opportunity
• Seeing through completion of approved work and actively covering
• Conducting post-repair follow-up
• Resolving customer complaints with manager assistance
• Covering results, progression and training with Service Manager daily
