Key Responsibilities
Lead strategic account management for Tier 1 and Tier 2 clients, developing growth strategies and deepening client relationships
Drive annual revenue growth through existing and new business development, maintaining CRM accuracy and leading proposal strategies
Act as a strategic lead on high-impact projects, providing oversight to ensure alignment with client needs and internal collaboration
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher
10-15+ years of experience in healthcare, pharma, biotech, or life sciences
Strong background in consulting and strategic account leadership with a proven revenue generation track record
Ability to translate business challenges into actionable research and insights solutions
High emotional intelligence and strong executive presence
