We are working with a hospital just outside Tampa, FL. They re seeking a Locum Interventional Radiologist for a long-term assignment starting February 2026 perfect mix of IR and general diagnostic work with a steady weekday schedule.

Here s the overview : Location : Brooksville, FL (near Tampa)

Start Date : 2 / 16 / 2026

Assignment Length : 1 year (through 2 / 16 / 2027)

Schedule : Monday Friday, 8a 5p EST

Setting : Onsite (Interventional + General Reads)

Tech Stack : Powerscribe 4.0

Procedures Include :

  • Breast biopsies, needle localizations, sentinel node injections
  • Kyphoplasty, lumbar punctures, and all fluoroscopy exams (GI)
  • Liver, lung, kidney, thyroid, and soft tissue biopsies
  • Drain and stent placements

Requirements :

  • Board Certified in Radiology
  • Interventional fellowship preferred
  • FL license required
  • Privileging timeframe : days
