Undergraduate degree required; advanced degree is a plus. Strong SQL expertise and data warehousing knowledge; ability to translate complex data architectures into scalable solutions. Proven ability to translate product vision into actionable roadmaps and drive alignment across cross-functional teams. Exceptional communication skills and ability to navigate the complexity of data ecosystems and marketing technologies. Pay Range : $113,000.00 - $150,000.00 WEX offers a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, retirement savings plan, paid time off, life insurance, disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, and more. Non-sales roles may be eligible for a quarterly or annual bonus based on role and applicable plan.
Senior Data Product Manager, Marketing Automation
Join the WEX team as a Senior Data Product Manager focused on Marketing Automation. In this role you will drive the strategy and execution of data-driven marketing initiatives that empower our customers across Mobility, Corporate Payments, and Health business lines.
About the Role
WEX is an innovative payments and technology company that simplifies the business of running a business for our customers. This is a remote position, but candidates must reside within 30 miles of one of the following locations : Portland ME, Chicago IL, Boston MA, Washington DC, Dallas TX, San Jose CA, Seattle WA, or New York City NY.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the strategic roadmap for WEX’s Marketing Automation initiatives, aligning platform capabilities with key business objectives.
- Lead continuous discovery to understand customer needs and validate hypotheses, shaping features that improve campaign performance and engagement.
- Partner with marketing, data engineering, analytics, and technology teams to align on shared goals and translate strategy into clear product requirements.
- Translate strategy into user stories and product requirements, manage the backlog, and partner with agile teams to deliver high-quality, iterative improvements.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure the effectiveness of marketing automation and customer data initiatives, guiding decisions and communicating results to senior leadership.
