Annual performance bonus, equity and benefits may be provided as part of the compensation package, depending on the position offered. Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. Exact salary will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which may include the candidate’s location of residence, the successful candidate\'s skills, experience and other qualifications. In addition to base salary, some roles may be eligible for a variable performance-bonus based on a combination of company performance, employee performance, and management discretion.

Lime is hiring a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our Hardware Engineering R&D team! You will be responsible for developing and integrating new technologies into Lime vehicles to further improve rider experience and fleet maintainability. If you are a detail-oriented engineer with strong analytical skills, who would like to play a critical role in bringing affordable, sustainable, last-mile transportation to customers all around the world, please join us!

It is preferred that the individual hired for this role be within a quick drive to the San Francisco office, where the Hardware Engineering team regularly gathers for product development, prototyping, and testing. Occasional domestic or international travel to support manufacturing or field failures is also expected.
