Compensation : $80,000-$115,000+ with the potential for achievable bonuses!

Requirements :

Job Responsibilities :

As a valued BCBA at Key Autism Services, you will conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and write progress reports. You'll develop and monitor individualized treatment and behavior support plans for lasting success. Supervise and train dedicated BTs / RBTs to ensure adherence to treatment protocols. Provide guidance and support to families regarding managing challenging behaviors and teaching alternative behaviors through ABA principles. Additional responsibilities include conducting functional assessments and functional analyses when necessary, reviewing program effectiveness, and monitoring data to track progress.
