Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Monitor assigned market aged receivables regularly.
- Responsible for inbound and outbound business-to-business collection calls
- Perform collection emails & calls each day
- Manage a portfolio of 12 to 17 markets.
- Work to achieve weekly collection goals / metrics
- Work with billing specialists and market staff on invoice discrepancies
- Maintain relationship with customers and market staff.
- Provide follow-up to customers and various departments by email & phone.
- Send customer invoices, recommend payment plans when appropriate.
- Recommend accounts for third party collections when necessary.
- Provide weekly feedback to management on difficult accounts.
- Process credit card payments
- Adhere to all company policies
