We are seeking a Sales Associate that is energetic, kind, and sales driven. We are a membership-based spa that offers massages and facials at an affordable rate.

We compensate $16.5 / hour and $10 in commission for every membership sold. Commission can make up between $100-$200 extra per pay check.

We are seeking individuals that have open availability and have a drive to work. We have between 20 and 31 hours available for this position.

Qualifications and Requirements :

  • Provide excellent customer service to members / guests
  • Welcome and greet members / guests upon arrival and suggest applicable and relevant upgrades.
  • Answer phones, book appointments, sell memberships, gift cards and upgrades
  • Meet weekly, monthly and quarterly sales quotas
  • Promote health / wellness benefits of massage therapy and regular facial treatments
  • Maintain a professional and clean work environment & appearance
  • Positive, energetic attitude
  • Retail / Sales Experience Preferred
  • Computer knowledge & Efficient Typing Speed
  • Perform various other duties as assigned
