We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Dietician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing nutritional counseling and education to patients, developing and implementing individualized meal plans, and monitoring patients' progress towards their nutritional goals.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or a related field, be a Registered Dietician with the Commission on Dietetic Registration, and have at least 2 years of experience in a clinical setting. The candidate should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be committed to providing high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct nutritional assessments and develop individualized meal plans for patients
• Provide nutritional counseling and education to patients and their families
• Monitor patients' progress towards their nutritional goals and make adjustments to meal plans as needed
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in the field of nutrition

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or a related field
• Registered Dietician with the Commission on Dietetic Registration
• At least 2 years of experience in a clinical setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
