Key Responsibilities

Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, needs, and budgets.

Plan and book flights, accommodations, transfers, and excursions .

Create detailed and customized travel itineraries for leisure travelers.

Offer expert advice on destinations, attractions, and cultural highlights.

Stay current with travel trends, promotions, and industry updates.

Manage bookings and ensure all travel documents are accurate and delivered on time.

Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the trip.

Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat bookings and referrals.

Qualifications

Previous experience in travel planning, sales, or hospitality preferred (training available).
