Established law firm is seeking a  Corporate   Transactional Associate Attorney  to add to their growing team! Ideal candidate will be motivated, professional, analytical and have relevant experience in transactional law.

Transactional Associate Attorney Requirements :

• 5 years of relevant experience
• Experience in business and real estate transactions,  corporate, tax planning, trust and estates, business litigation, family law, banking and finance, cannabis law, and intellectual property.
• Excellent communication in writing, speaking, research and negotiations.
• Strong academic background preferred from ABA approved law school
• Growth mindset with desire to advance in their career path
• Ability to work well as a team member in a collaborative, collegial office environment
• Licensed in North Carolina in good standing
