Program Director

A company is looking for a Program Director.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage all aspects of program performance across multiple projects, ensuring compliance with contractual, financial, and delivery obligations

Serve as a trusted advisor and primary representative with customers, cultivating strong relationships to maximize satisfaction

Lead change management initiatives and develop strategic program plans to drive organizational growth and success

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience in lieu of education

5 years of experience managing technology service delivery projects

Project Management Professional (PMP) and / or ITIL certification required

Agile certification required (e.g., PMI-ACP, Certified Scrum Master)

Extensive experience with Agile project management methodology and project management software tools
