Business Affairs Consultant

A company is looking for a Consultant, Business Affairs.

Key Responsibilities

Review, redline, and negotiate creator agreements on behalf of brand clients

Advise, plan, and coordinate all aspects of creator agreement review and approval

Support the Whalar Studios division with freelancer agreements, risk assessments, and content production paperwork

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in social media marketing, marketing, entertainment, or the Creator scene

Experience in talent contract editing and strong negotiation skills

Good understanding of basic Intellectual Property principles

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Exposure to content production paperwork is desirable but not required
