Your Role and Responsibilities :

• Provide exceptional, patient-centered care while floating between Med / Surg, Telemetry, ED Boarding, and ICU support units.
• Adapt quickly to various unit workflows while maintaining high-quality care standards.
• Utilize evidence-based nursing practices to assess, plan, and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient transitions and safety.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance overall patient care in the organization.

Qualifications :

• Minimum of 18 months of experience in Med / Surg or Telemetry, with 2 years preferred.
• Valid Registered Nurse license in the state of practice, and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including 2 Mondays, 2 Fridays, 1 weekend per 6-week schedule, and 2 holidays.
