Job Summary
We’re looking for a Maintenance Technician with strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills to join our production team. You’ll be working with CNC lathes, warm forge presses, and other manufacturing equipment to keep operations running smoothly and safely.
Key Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and machinery
Diagnose and troubleshoot CNC, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems
Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections
Document all maintenance activities and parts used
Collaborate with engineers and other departments to resolve technical issues
MUST HAVE
HS Diploma or GED
4+ years’ experience in maintenance of CNC machines and mechanical presses
Strong background in AC / DC drives, servo motors, PLCs, pneumatics, hydraulics
Working knowledge of hydraulic, mechanical, and pneumatic blueprints
Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems
Previous experience in a production / manufacturing environment preferred
Nice to Have
Strong communication and documentation skills
Basic computer skills
Willingness to work overtime and flexible shifts
Shift : 11 : 00 PM – 7 : 30 AM
