We’re looking for a mid-level IT Assistant Developer / Help Desk Specialist who’s excited to support, improve, and build the technology behind a modern mortgage operation. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping people, streamlining systems, and working hands-on with both code and real-world business processes.

What You’ll Be Doing
Be the go-to problem solver for internal technology needsSupport and enhance mortgage systems including LOS, CRM, pricing, and document platformsCreate scripts and automations that eliminate manual work and boost efficiencyPartner directly with mortgage operations, compliance, and leadershipSupport system integrations and vendor tools that keep loans moving including AIManage user access, security, and system reliabilityHelp keep technology compliant, secure, and audit-readyWhat Makes You a Great Fit
