???? What You'll Do

• Understand Customer Needs: Help customers identify vehicle preferences, budget, and key features. Lead test drives and clearly explain vehicle capabilities and benefits.
• Drive the Sales Process: Present competitive pricing, incentives, and financing options. Negotiate terms professionally while maintaining a strong follow‑up system to build repeat and referral business.
• Handle Documentation: Submit, process, and complete all sales paperwork accurately for the Finance & Insurance Producer.
• Stay Sharp & Hit Your Goals: Attend manufacturer product and retail training. Meet weekly and monthly sales targets set by the Sales Management Team.
