Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary owner of all HR functions, requests, and employee inquiries
Own onboarding and offboarding processes, manage benefits administration, and maintain HRIS data accuracy
Support recruiting coordination and interview processes, ensuring a strong onboarding experience for new hires
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, or HR Management
Experience supporting a startup or scaling company (25-150 employees)
Strong knowledge of HR operations, benefits, and employment compliance
Highly organized and practical, comfortable working directly with founders
Ability to operate in ambiguity and build processes from scratch
