Utilize AI-powered recruiting tools to enhance sourcing and maintain long-term candidate relationships
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in technical recruiting or sourcing in a fast-paced startup environment
Curiosity and eagerness to explore new systems, ideas, and tools
Ability to build trust quickly with hiring managers and candidates
Experience using data and AI tools to improve hiring effectiveness
