COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• Salary Range : $100,000 to $235,270 annually

POSITION DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

Consertus is developing a pipeline for future project work , and we are seeking to connect with experienced Cost Estimator professionals. These potential roles are expected to support various client programs located in Los Angeles, Pomona, Washington DC, and Atlanta, GA, and may involve work in one or more of the following sectors :

This is an ideal opportunity for seasoned Cost Estimator professionals who are open to being considered for future assignments aligned with their expertise and availability. As new programs are awarded, selected candidates will be contacted for formal consideration and next steps.

We are particularly interested in Estimators with a background in cost modeling, quantity takeoffs, change order analysis, and capital project estimating . Qualified candidates should have experience preparing estimates at various stages of design and construction for public agencies or large infrastructure programs , and the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
