Shift : 7 : 00 PM - 7 : 00 AM

Experience :

• 12 months of role experience is required from any number of months.
• 24 months of Critical Care Float Pool experience is required from any number of months.
• Experience with Paragon is preferred from any number of months.

ICU Float Pool

Every other weekend

Level of care : Mixed ICU, wide range of skills, primary stroke center, lot of surgeries, vents, drips

Number of beds : 24

Patient type : Adult

Scrub color : Ciel Blue

Techs on unit for each shift

Common diagnoses : Stemis, CH, Sepsis, Stroke, Post OP monitoring, respiratory failure

Vents on unit with RRTs for assistance

Specialty equipment : Pressure monitoring, balloon pump but have techs.

Floating requirements : Yes, DOU / Tele / 4 South / Med Surg.

Mixed ICU experience a plus

Scrub Color : Ceil Blue

Maximum days off : 7 days

1 reference from last 2 years (Manager / Supervisor reference type) - required for submission

1 reference from last 2 years (Charge / Lead reference type) - required for submission
