Role Responsibilities for an AT&T Client Sales Representative :
- Directly engage local businesses in your assigned territory regarding their telecommunications needs and introduce eligible AT&T solutions that enhance reliability and efficiency.
- Deliver clear, quality-focused sales presentations that walk potential clients through available connectivity options and the sales enrollment process
- Ensure accuracy and integrity through precise sales orders, client follow-ups, and escalations to support performance forecasting, ensure a smooth onboarding process and create a seamless client experience.
- Maintain sales reports, such as pipeline activity and territory metrics, to inform strategic direction and performance optimization
- Build a strong understanding of AT&Ts products and service plans, key performance drivers, and best business-to-business sales practices to effectively support business customers and drive performance.
