Buyer Position

Our client, a leader in the distribution and supply industry, is seeking a Buyer to join their team. As a Buyer, you will be part of the Procurement department supporting Sourcing and Purchasing teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and decision-making abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title : Buyer

Location : Austin, TX (Hybrid : Remote / Onsite)

Pay Range : $30.00 $35.00 per hour

What's the Job?

• Place and manage purchase orders, including expediting and customer service functions.
• Compile and maintain information and records to prepare purchase orders.
• Contact vendors and suppliers for quotations and maintain ongoing relationships.
• Reconcile payable discrepancies and resolve customer issues.
• Ensure accuracy of product file information and research unclear product specifications.
