- Support & Develop Your Team : Lead by example, provide structured training, mentorship, and feedback to help your younger crew members grow and succeed.
- Maintain a Positive Culture : You'll create a high-energy, clean, and positive atmospherewhether you're coaching your team or serving guests, the goal is always to inspire excellence.
