What You'll Be Doing

• Respond to emergency calls for water, fire, and mold damagesometimes after hours, on weekends, or holidays.
• Perform restoration tasks including water extraction, demolition, fire damage cleanup, mold remediation, and specialty equipment setup.
• Work in challenging environments like crawl spaces, attics, and damaged buildings.
• Lift and carry heavy equipment (50100 lbs with assistance), climb ladders, and work at ceiling heights.
• Maintain vehicles and equipment to ensure readiness for every job.
• Communicate clearly with crew chiefs and customers to explain the restoration process and address concerns.
