Senior Labor & Employment Attorney

A prestigious AmLaw 200 law firm is looking to add a senior staff attorney to its labor and employment team. This position offers flexible hours, including the option to work remotely and maintain a manageable, consistent schedule. You will play an important role within the practice group, collaborating closely with colleagues and serving a portfolio of Fortune 500 clients.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage a variety of litigation tasks such as conducting legal research, preparing legal arguments and briefs, investigating facts and witnesses, handling discovery, and filing motions.Provide guidance on employment matters, including drafting and revising workplace policies and employee handbooks for large-scale clients.Work alongside multiple partners on complex and impactful cases within the labor and employment field.Billable target : 1200 hoursRequirements :
Minimum of six years of experience practicing employment law at a law firm.Admission to the bar in the state where you will be based is required.Prior experience advising corporate clients and handling employment-related disputes.
