Position Overview :

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team in a high-volume manufacturing facility that includes a CNC machine shop and an injection molding department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and safety of all production equipment through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.

Shift and Pay :

6 : 45 am - 3 : 15 am, Monday - Friday

$30-38 / hr depending on skill level

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of CNC machines, injection molding equipment, and auxiliary systems.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues using advanced troubleshooting techniques.
• Conduct preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
• Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics for accurate repairs and adjustments.
• Maintain and repair automated systems, robotics, and PLC-controlled machinery.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during all maintenance activities.
• Document maintenance activities, parts usage, and equipment performance in maintenance logs or CMMS.
• Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve equipment-related issues promptly.

The pay range for this position is $55000.00 - $70000.00 / yr.
