Client Service Rep

Our client, a leading organization in the health care sector, is seeking a Client Service Rep to join their team. As a Client Service Rep, you will be part of the Assistance Department supporting the outreach efforts to beneficiaries. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to build positive relationships which will align successfully in the organization.

Location : Colton, CA

Pay Range : $20.00 per hour

What's the Job?

• Bilingual English / Spanish
• Conduct face-to-face outreach and enrollment broker services to beneficiaries in group and individual presentations.
• Present Managed Care Options to beneficiaries and assist them in using their health care plans.
• Assist beneficiaries in the enrollment / disenrollment process.
• Maintain positive relationships with county staff, and community groups.
• Document daily activity accurately in the Customer Relationship Management Database.
