Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory management, including ordering parts and supplies as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing exceptional service and resolving issues promptly.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
• Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting on shop profitability.

Qualifications
