Rink Concessions Server

Classification : Part-Time, Seasonal; Non-Exempt

Work Environment : This position primarily works indoors

Summary : Providing quality food service experience for patrons at the roller rink, while keeping a clean facility and following safety rules and regulations. To conduct yourself as a professional at all times towards patrons and superiors.

Essential Functions :

• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing a quality food service experience to all guests.
• Proper handling of food and cooking equipment.
• Moderate to light cooking by meeting quality and safety standards.
• Using proper cleaning procedures for kitchen tools, prep surfaces, and equipment.
• Follow the Township's policies, rules, and regulations of employment.
• Ensure dependability by arriving on time for your scheduled shift.
• Inputting orders in our POS and handling financial transactions.
• Communicate with Manager on duty regarding customer needs and inventory assessments.
• Assist with preparations for birthday parties.
• Must have availability weekends (Friday nights – Sunday nights)
