AI Trainer Supervisor

A company is looking for a First-Line Supervisor of Entertainment and Recreation Services - AI Trainer (Contract).

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate AI model outputs related to the entertainment and recreation field and provide structured feedback

Develop prompts for AI models that accurately reflect workplace tasks and language

Work independently and flexibly on various AI research projects as they become available

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in entertainment or recreation services

Experience in analyzing personnel or operational data and preparing related reports

Ability to assign work schedules and ensure high-quality service delivery

Experience in planning and developing programs, events, and activity schedules

Capability to train staff on operational procedures and organizational policies
