Responsibilities
Design experiences that enhance the brand and the overall customer experience
Help develop graphic standards and visual assets that reflect and expand upon the company’s brand standards
Drive innovation with a storytelling approach to assets
Curate and design content for multiple digital and social channels and paid advertising / media; Oversee the creative direction of paid partnerships
Manage cross-functional designers across all digital global projects
Work closely and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Present your work to the team and stakeholders across the organization
Requirements
5+ years of web visual design experience in all phases from start to finish with minimal direction
Experience with large scale global projects.
An eye for visual storytelling and audience engagement
Deep experience with managing website redesigns.
Experience with complex templates.
Strong project management skills and the ability to lead others while remaining an individual contributor
Simultaneously contribute to multiple projects at one time
Must be organized and able to prioritize, multi-task and work independently
Strong communication skills – will report / present to a broad range of stakeholders
