Key Responsibilities
Respond to client inquiries and develop strong relationships through telephone and email interactions
Learn and master the U.S. Customs bond industry to educate clients and share knowledge
Review, analyze, and process client documents and communications with accuracy and attention to detail
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent business-related experience / training
Exceptional customer service skills and a willingness to research and problem-solve
Ability to quickly learn about the international trade industry and related products
Detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
High level of comfort using standard PC and basic software programs
