Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Bank Operations Specialist located in Inver Grove Heights, MN. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operational activities, ensuring compliance with banking regulations, and supporting internal departments to streamline workflows. The role also involves assisting with customer transactions, contributing to process improvement initiatives, and collaborating with teams to enhance overall bank operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year bank operations experience.
• Effective Communication skills for customer service, team collaboration, and correspondence with clients and stakeholders
• Thorough understanding of ACH rules and regulations
• Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
• Proficiency with Jack Henry Core system is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting or related field is a plus
