Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced CFO to join our team in a consulting role, working with a variety of companies in the Denver area. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of these organizations, as well as providing strategic guidance on technology and data-driven initiatives. This role requires deep knowledge of financial management, along with a strong understanding of technical processes and data analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all financial operations and financial planning activities
  • Provide strategic guidance on technology investments and data analytics
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
  • Collaborate with other senior leaders to drive company growth and profitability
  • Manage relationships with external stakeholders, such as investors and financial institutions
  • Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team to ensure high performance and professional development opportunities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience as a CFO or in a similar financial leadership role
  • Strong technical background with expertise in data analysis and technology
  • Excellent knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to drive technological innovation within a financial context
