About Alanos Restaurant :

Alanos Restaurant is a popular eatery specializing in halal cuisine, offering a variety of dishes including pizza, shawarma, wraps, burgers, and more. We pride ourselves on providing fresh, high-quality food to our customers in a welcoming environment.

Job Summary :

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for preparing and cooking a wide range of dishes, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and ensuring that all food is served to high standards.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and customer orders.
  • Ensure the presentation and quality of dishes meet the restaurant's standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation.
  • Assist in daily food prep, including chopping, cutting, and marinating ingredients.
  • Monitor inventory and communicate shortages or needs to management.
  • Follow health and safety regulations to maintain food quality and cleanliness.

Qualifications :

  • Previous experience as a cook or in a kitchen environment is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Middle Eastern cuisine is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple orders simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality food.
  • Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
