Regional Operations Manager

A company is looking for a Regional Operations & Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a liaison between the company and external stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction

Lead and manage a team of drivers and staff, providing guidance and support

Implement new business operations and ensure compliance with contract goals

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

High School Diploma or G.E.D

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Minimum of 2 years' experience in Account Management in a regional capacity

5+ years of experience in a role with budgetary responsibilities

5+ years of previous leadership or supervisory experience
