If you are looking for a rewarding career where you can make a difference, come join our team! Monday to Thursday 5 : 00 p.m. to 9 : 00 p.m. Alternating weekends : Friday 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., Saturday 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Pay : $14.00 per hour plus eligible for monthly performance-based bonuses.

Seeking outgoing, enthusiastic individual to call donors and schedule appointments in a fast-paced professional outbound call center environment. Must demonstrate professional telephone etiquette, possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, and have a working knowledge of computers. Training will be at our Andover location in Lexington.

Working Environment & Physical Effort this position requires the ability to :

• Sit for extended periods of time.
• Fulfill basic clerical duties (typing / writing) for extended periods of time.
• Occasionally lift / carry up to 25 pounds without assistance.
• Occasionally bend or reach to perform various job tasks.
• Analyze complex situations and make sound decisions.
• Adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
