Requirements :

  • Deliver service and customer support through phone assistance and factory-based support.
  • Accurately assess the time required to complete assigned tasks.
  • Interact directly with customers to maintain strong relationships and cultivate new opportunities.
  • Diagnose technical issues and determine effective corrective actions.
  • Align daily workflow with production and service schedules.
  • Generate thorough and timely service reports.
  • Document procedures, findings, and work performed.
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with the technical team and share information across departments.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate recommendations or briefings.
  • Build and maintain positive, professional customer relationships.
  • Assist with packaging and shipping small-parcel items.
  • Prepare new equipment, machinery, and power tools for deployment.

Requirements

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Understanding of mechanical principles preferred.
  • Understanding of electronic principals preferred.

  • Good phone skills.
  • Good people skills.

    • Requirements

  • Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service equipment.
  • Moderate lifting and carrying.
  • Some walking, standing, crawling, kneeling, bending and climbing.
