Job Description
As a Vacation Ownership Sales Professional, you will conduct face-to-face presentations and guide prospective and / or current owners through the benefits of the flexible points-based system. Establish commonality while tailoring presentations to individual travel preferences. Articulate and assist guests envision a lifetime of memorable vacations, whether they seek spontaneity or consistency. Your role is key in driving sales, building trust, and delivering exceptional guest experiences in a high-energy resort setting. Leads are prequalified and provided by the company.
To perform this role successfully, the candidate must demonstrate a passion for travel and a genuine desire to help others create lasting vacation memories. Confidence in delivering compelling presentations and overcoming objections is essential, as is the ability to uphold professionalism, integrity, and a collaborative mindset within a team-driven environment. Familiarity with CRM systems and lead tracking tools is required to maintain efficient sales processes and accurate client records.
