The Role

The Foundational Infrastructure organization is looking for an experienced FinOps TPM to help us maximize the business value of our cloud infrastructure this role you will bridge the gap between infrastructure product engineering and finance teams. You will foster a common understanding through clear stakeholder communication help us identify and systematically close gaps in cost-transparency set up light-weight governance processes for capacity planning where missing and drive cross-team initiatives to improve efficiency. Your role will have a substantial measurable impact on HubSpots bottom-line sustainability (e.g. carbon foot-print) and our ability to innovate for our customers. Your goals will be visible up to the C-level and your work while challenging fully supported by leaders across organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional cost-visibility capacity planning and infrastructure scaling or efficiency initiatives to align product growth with resource availability and cost.
• Develop implement and automate data-driven forecasting models that guide key infrastructure investments using modern analytics tools (e.g. SQL Python).
• Collaborate with engineering finance and cloud operations to ensure proactive and responsive capacity scalingbalancing growth redundancy cost and performance.
• Build and maintain dashboards reporting and automation that provide visibility into system utilization resource allocation and efficiency.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of cross-team programs including capacity planning.
• Identify and drive process improvements in infrastructure provisioning and monitoring using industry best practices.

The cash compensation below includes base salary on-target commission for employees in eligible roles and annual bonus targets under HubSpots bonus plan for eligible addition to cash compensation some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpots equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are tailored to your skills experience qualifications and other job-related reasons.

Annual Cash Compensation Range :

$135000 $216000 USD
