The Hilton Orlando located in the International Drive area next to the Orange County Convention Center is searching for a talentedLineCook to join their team! This position will primarily support our Italian restaurant Trabucco!

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 25 years of experience as a Line Cook a strong understanding of cooking temperatures a team-oriented mindset high-volume operations experience and a genuine passion for developing their culinary skills and growing their career. Prior hotel background elevated dining experience and Italian cuisine exposure are preferred but not required.

Shift Pattern : PM Shifts / Full availability is required including weekdays weekends and holidays

Pay Rate : $25.81 per hour

What will I be doing

As a Cook you would be responsible for preparing food items in accordance with recipes and established standards in the hotels continuing effort to deliver outstanding service and financial profitability. Specifically you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards :
