Overview

We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented RentalCoordinator to manage the day-to-day functions of the commercial rental department. This position is crucial for ensuring all rental operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Customer engagement and sales :

Serve as the primary point of contact for all rental inquiries via phone email and in-person visits.

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with rental customers to ensure repeat business.

Manage and track daily rental utilization

Execute rental contracts and invoices

Inspect trucks for damage / cleanliness before and after rentals update inventory and ensure vehicles are ready for service

Ensure the rental office and yard areas are clean and safe for both customers and staff.

Promote a customer-focused culture that emphasizes safety and cleanliness.

Administrative duties

Support the overall team environment by helping with Toll Management Reporting Data-Entry Licensing Administration when needed.

Requirements

Relevant industry experience preferredin dealership operations rental / fleet management or service roles a plus.

Strong customer service communication and professionalism

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
