Key Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership and perform final reviews on complex tax returns

Serve as the primary tax advisor for business clients and deliver proactive planning strategies

Lead, mentor, and develop the tax preparation team while implementing review protocols

Required Qualifications

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required

12+ years of progressive tax experience

Strong mastery of small business taxation, including S-corps, partnerships, and corporations

Prior experience in high-volume return environments

Demonstrated leadership skills and accuracy in tax practices
